The Distretto Turistico dei Laghi has been present at 62^ edition of TTG Travel Experience, from October 8th to 10th (stand Regione Piemonte).
During the three days, our destination has been presented from a leisure, active, and MICE perspective, targeting both national and international trade visitors, who are increasingly interested in exploring the lakes of northern Piedmont and the Ossola Valleys, and the endless experiences available here.
On Wednesday, October 8th, the Events Area of PIEMONTE stand hosted a talk entitled "The Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto. Beauty and Care in a Timeless Space". This presentation was introduced by the Regional Councilor for Tourism, Paolo Bongioanni, and the President of Distretto, Francesco Gaiardelli.
The Director of the Villa Taranto Botanical Gardens, Dr. Andrea Cottini, explained to the press and trade audience the history and uniqueness of one of the jewels in the crown of garden tourism in the District, as well as the proposals and initiatives aimed especially at younger generations.
