On Tuesday 18 April, the Distretto Turistico dei Laghi was out walking around the area in the company of precious four-legged friends!
The occasion was to support the TV show 'Dalla parte degli animali', hosted by Michela Brambilla on Rete 4. The shooting for the programme was filmed in a number of pet-friendly locations on our magnificent Lake Maggiore, including Stresa, Isola dei Pescatori (reached by Lake Maggiore Navigation boats), the Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto and the Sacro Monte of Ghiffa UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Thanks to the support of Regione Piemonte - Assessorato al Turismo and Visit Piemonte, the TV crew is currently touring Piedmont, discovering the most iconic pet-friendly locations!
