The Distretto Turistico dei Laghi gave organisation and information support to Australian photographer and video maker Jon Reid, who stayed on Lake Maggiore to realize a dedicated section on EXPEDIA web pages being translated into multiple languages with locally targeted text, in more than 25 countries.
