...nell’aria già si sentono i profumi nostrani: le costine fumano dalla brace, in riva al lago Dario gira la polenta che lentamente cuoce, i giovani cuochi sorridono pronti a tagliare formaggi e salumi delle nostre valli. La musica si diffonde insieme all’allegria dei commensali, per fare da sottofondo e per invogliare alle danze dopo cena…
A grande richiesta torna la Festa di inizio estate!
Giovedi 21 giugno:
“Ossola e dintorni: al fuoco la carne, al paiolo la polenta, all’alpeggio il resto”
Euro 50,00 a persona, bevande incluse... portate anche i bambini, fino a 10 anni pagano la metà.
