Museo Parrocchiale di Ornavasso

In this museum, exquisite works of art coming from the many churches and oratories of this village are on display. The parish archives is worth seeing. Among the works exhibited stand out a wooden statue of St Anthony Abate, from a rural chapel, and the "Compianto del Cristo morto” (Mourning for the death of Christ), which comprises eight gilt and painted statuettes carved out of poplar wood and dating back to 1612.
