Museo Etnografico e dello Strumento Musicale a Fiato

The lower floor is devoted to the making of musical instruments and shows us traditional crafting methods. This exhibition is one of very few in the world to specialize in wind instruments, and houses numerous examples, over 300, as well as a number of prototypes used for the study of mechanical alterations of the instruments, which had been ordered by various conductors. On the upper floor, we find records of the rural-alpine history and life of Quarna Sotto. There is also a small section where reptiles, birds, mammals and rocks, mostly from this area, are on display.
