ANTRONA VALLEY: NATURE AND TRANQUILITY

Antrona Valley is perhaps the less known of the locations in Ossola, but it is the most pristine. An environment that offers many opportunities to practice different sports.

ANTRONAPIANA

Antronapiana has a nice outdoor ice rink (30 meters x 60 meters), approved for official games of hockey. The track, in fact, is equipped with a dressing room for the local team and the guests. Possibility to rent all you need to play. The area can be rented for private competitions. The location offers the opportunity to practice cross-country skiing: A path of 3 km, the first part of low difficulty and the second more challenging. In addition to equipment for cross-country skiing, you can rent snowshoes.

CHEGGIO DI ANTRONA

Le pista da discesa sono situate a Cheggio di Antrona, a 7 km da Antrona, a 1500 metri di altitudine. Si tratta di una stazione particolarmente adatta ai bambini e ai principianti grazie alle piste larghe, dolci e prive di pericoli, servite da uno skilift e da un tapis roulant. Bob e slittini hanno una pista tutta per loro. I genitori che non sciano si possono rilassare e, allo stesso tempo, curare i propri figli da una balconata solarium che permette di avere una visuale completa della partenza dello skilift, del percorso della risalita e delle piste. Da non perdere le proposte culinarie di Antrona: il “serpentone”, un rotolo di pasta con ripieno di verdure e accompagnato da ragù di carne, e il “riso e bruchei”, un risotto con spinaci selvatici cotto nel brodo di salamini.
