Opening Gala Performance at the Toce Waterfall!

Toce Waterfall is one of the most important attractions in Formazza Valley and attracts thousands of tourists, who can also visit the marvellous naturalistic areas of this extreme northern part of Piedmont. Its 143 meters-high fall, which is considered the “most beautiful one in the Alps chain”, is being the amazing scenery for the “Fiori di Fuoco 2010” opening night. This first show, which will be as usual out of competition, is being performed by the famous Italian Parente Fireworks Company.

Important information: the road to Formazza Valley will be closed in Ponte, from 6 p.m.: cars can be parked in some parkings in Ponte.
From here you have to reach the feets of the waterfall by foot, it will take you about 40 minutes.
A bus service will be available, BUT ONLY FOR HANDICAPPED OR OLD PEOPLE.

On July, 24th Formazza guests the "Power Day", with the collaboration of Snam and Enel.
From 3 to 5 p.m. it will be possibile to visit the hydroelectric power station in Ponte, the Walser Museum (3-6 p.m.), join a charitable concert from 10.30 p.m. in Valdo. On July 25th in Valdo you will have the chance to visit the hand-crafted markets.
